CUSTOM VALUATION

For clients that need more sophisticated and detailed valuations:

  • Appropriate if you need a valuation to purchase a practice, for IRS purposes, minority or majority valuations, shareholder disputes, fairness opinions, litigation, gift, succession planning, marital asset dissolution, or purchase price allocation.

  • A more detailed valuation report with greater detail and information that the Basic Valuation option.
