  • Discover the current value of your business (only for 5 year financial plans).

  • A 20 to 25-page report with detailed assumptions, forecasts, and key performance indicators.

PHASE 2

PERIODIC REVIEWS

  • ​​Follow ups on a monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly basis.

  • Analysis of plan vs. actual results of revenue, expenses, cash flows, EBITDA, owner distributions, and other key performance indicators.

  • Adjustments to financial projections.

  • Recalculated value of Company over time (only for 5 year plans).

  • One on one presentation of results and executive summaries.

We send an email with a brief engagement letter, information request, and directions for payment.

After we receive the information, we analyze it and set up Zoom meetings with you to ask questions about the information provided.

  • You will receive a pdf financial planning report.

 

  • Discuss of report via Zoom meeting.

  • Periodic reviews (monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly).

* Typically we ask for 3 years of financial information.
